A low pressure system coming from the Balkans is expected to continue affecting Turkey over the weekend. The rainy weather will move eastward from the western part of Turkey tomorrow.

On Saturday, the country will experience mostly clear skies with few clouds.

No rainfall is expected on Sunday, March 31st, with temperatures around 23 degrees in Ankara, 19 degrees in Istanbul, and 26 degrees in Izmir.

Temperatures in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions will rise up to 29-30 degrees, while the risk of avalanches is increasing in the eastern regions.

Meteorologist Şahin Şahbaz warned that areas with thick snow cover in the eastern parts of Anatolia and the inner regions of the Eastern Black Sea are still at risk for avalanches. He advised citizens to be cautious and take necessary precautions against avalanches.
