Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) is intensifying its operations within Russia and changing tactics to stay ahead of Russian forces, according to the head of the SBU, Vasyl Maliuk. The SBU and Ukraine’s military intelligence have been actively targeting Russian assets, including oil refineries. Reports indicate that 12 Russian oil refineries have been successfully hit by Ukrainian forces, with a 13th refinery partially halting production after an alleged drone attack.
