Gisele Bündchen, a supermodel, was caught on bodycam footage breaking down in tears during a traffic stop in Miami-Dade County. She claimed that the paparazzi had been “stalking” her and following her car in Surfside, Florida. The police officer pulled over her Mercedes G-Wagon, and Bündchen became visibly upset during the exchange with the officer, mentioning a photographer in a nearby vehicle that she was trying to avoid. Despite the officer recognizing Bündchen, he mentioned that he couldn’t do anything to stop the paparazzo from taking pictures of her and advised her to file a report with the Miami Beach police.

After the Surfside officer extended a “courtesy” and let Bündchen go, the overwhelmed mother of two broke down in tears over her safety concerns. She expressed frustration over feeling constantly pursued by photographers wherever she goes and feeling like nothing protects her, stating that she just wants to live her life without interference. Despite her emotional state, the officer reiterated that he couldn’t prevent the paparazzi from carrying out their job of taking pictures, which left Bündchen feeling helpless and uncertain about how to handle the situation.

It is unclear whether Bündchen escalated the ordeal to authorities following the incident. Surfside Police disclosed that she was pulled over for a traffic violation, and inquiries have been made to Bündchen’s representatives for further comment on the situation. Earlier in the day, Bündchen was seen walking her dog in her Miami neighborhood. She relocated to Miami in 2020 with her then-husband Tom Brady and their two children after his move to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Despite their divorce in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage, both continued to reside in Florida separately.

Following the split, Bündchen quietly purchased a $1.25 million, three-bedroom home near Miami Beach, along with acquiring a $9.1 million sprawling horse ranch in South Florida. Brady, on the other hand, is awaiting the completion of his lavish bachelor pad in the exclusive Indian Creek Island, also known as “Billionaire Bunker,” just across the waterway from Bündchen’s property. The retired football star remains in Florida, where he and Bündchen have established their individual residences post-divorce. Bündchen’s emotional encounter with the police over the paparazzi incident shed light on the challenges she faces as a public figure and her ongoing efforts to maintain privacy and safety in her daily life.
