Actress Drea de Matteo, known for her role in “The Sopranos,” recently spoke out against Biden’s agenda in a podcast interview with Donald Trump Jr. She mentioned how many celebrities, including herself, are hesitant to voice their opposition to Biden’s policies due to fear of backlash. De Matteo has been vocal about her concerns regarding cancel culture and has even started a streetwear brand called “Ultrafree” to promote free speech.

During the podcast, de Matteo discussed how her views on issues like illegal immigration have evolved over time. She mentioned that while she previously voted for Biden out of sympathy for illegal immigrants, witnessing chaos at the border has caused her to change her stance. De Matteo expressed skepticism about the intentions of able-bodied, fighting-age men illegally crossing the border, questioning whether they are there to support the American people.

Trump Jr. and de Matteo also touched on the political leanings of other Hollywood actors. Trump Jr. mentioned meeting some of de Matteo’s former co-stars who he believed were not leftist liberals but did not want to reveal their beliefs without their consent. De Matteo acknowledged that there are other actors in Hollywood who may question leftist policies but may not have the courage to speak out like she has.

Despite still considering herself a liberal in some respects, de Matteo explained that she has been against modern far-left trends for a while. She mentioned that she initially hesitated to speak out due to a lack of confidence but felt compelled to do so after feeling cornered. With the support of her boyfriend, God, and her children, she felt empowered to speak out on issues she believes in, such as freedom and unity done in the right way.

De Matteo criticized the Biden administration for using social issues as pawns to advance their own agenda and for causing further division among people. She accused the administration of hammering these social issues and instilling fear in Hollywood figures who are hesitant to speak out. De Matteo emphasized the importance of having open conversations about race, sex, and other topics, despite the challenges of engaging with those who hold different views. She concluded that people in Hollywood are afraid to challenge the administration’s narrative and that it is nearly impossible to win when discussing these issues with liberals.
