Major Philip Ridgell stated that the baby boom occurred between 2022 and 2023, with the officers and their kids uniting for the first time in the photo taken by Kyla Scudder of Kyla Mae Photography.
Sergeant Chris Hull, who welcomed his second daughter and appeared in the photo, expressed excitement about seeing the kids grow up together and form bonds.
