A video showing a preschool employee in Los Angeles violently handling a 4-year-old boy has sparked outrage from the boy’s mother, BrieAnn Battle. The incident occurred at Kinder Kids Christian Preschool on March 14 and was captured on surveillance footage. In the video, the worker is seen grabbing the boy’s arms, pinning them to the ground, yanking him by both ankles, and holding him upside down, prompting Battle to demand answers and take legal action.

Distraught after seeing the video of her son being mistreated, Battle contacted the preschool owner to discuss the incident. She was shocked when the owner denied any wrongdoing and showed her a different video that did not depict the employee’s actions towards her son. Feeling that the owner was trying to cover up the incident, Battle decided to file a police report for child abuse, as she believed the situation had become criminal and was not being handled appropriately by the preschool.

Despite the resignation of the employee involved in the incident, Battle is adamant about pursuing legal action against the preschool owner for allegedly attempting to conceal what happened to her son. She has retained legal representation and is determined to ensure that the owner is held accountable for her actions. Battle expressed her desire for the owner’s daycare license to be revoked and for her to face jail time for her role in the mistreatment of her son, emphasizing that such behavior should not be tolerated in a childcare setting.

The mother’s primary concern is the safety and well-being of children attending the daycare, as she does not want any other child to experience what her son endured. By taking legal action and speaking out about the incident, Battle hopes to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future and to hold the owner accountable for her actions. She believes that the owner’s lack of cooperation and attempt to cover up the abuse warrant serious consequences, and she is committed to seeing that justice is served for her son and any other child affected by the preschool’s negligence.
