Loren Brovarnik, a star of the reality TV show 90 Day Fiancé, recently underwent a seven-hour ‘mommy makeover’ following the birth of her third child with her husband, Alexei Brovarnik. After getting pregnant with her youngest child, she decided to have the procedure done due to the changes her body had gone through. She underwent a tummy tuck to correct abdominal diastasis, a condition common among pregnant women where the abdominal muscles separate. Additionally, she had liposuction 360 to reduce fat around her midsection and had some fat transferred to her breasts instead of opting for implants.

Brovarnik explained that she wanted to have the surgery done while her children were still young, so she could recover and enjoy the results with them. Despite it being a seven-hour surgery, she likened it to a good nap. However, her recovery period was prolonged after she contracted an infection, causing her healing process to take longer than anticipated. Throughout her recovery, her husband took on more responsibilities at home while she focused on regaining her health and confidence.

While discussing her decision to undergo the ‘mommy makeover,’ Brovarnik acknowledged that body dysmorphia doesn’t just disappear overnight. She shared that she wants to be the best version of herself and is committed to working out and feeling good about herself. Despite the challenges that may come with the recovery process and ongoing self-improvement, she expressed that she has no regrets about her decision to have the surgery and is taking things day by day.

The reality TV star emphasized the importance of taking care of oneself and addressing changes that occur in the body after childbirth. She highlighted the need for women to prioritize self-care and make choices that make them feel confident and comfortable in their skin. By sharing her personal experience with undergoing a ‘mommy makeover,’ Brovarnik hopes to inspire other women to take control of their bodies and make decisions that align with their goals and values. Her story serves as a reminder that self-improvement and self-care are essential aspects of overall well-being and happiness.
