Kathryn Newton recently attended the Los Angeles premiere of her upcoming film, “Abigail,” at the Regency Village Theatre, where she showcased her punk rock style. The actress, who plays the character Sammy in the movie, sported fake tattoos and a t-shirt dress with a graphic depicting Count Dracula, a tribute to the film’s inspiration from the 1936 movie “Dracula’s Daughter.” Her gothic chic look was completed with gold vampire fang heels, a princess crown, and smokey eye makeup. Her co-star, Melissa Barrera, also impressed in a low-cut silver metallic gown and matching heels, while Melissa’s husband, Paco Zazueta, accompanied her in a black three-piece suit.

At the premiere, Kathryn and Melissa posed together with their co-stars, including the film’s leading lady, Alisha Weir, who looked like a princess in a pink tulle dress and sparkly silver heels. The male cast members, including Dan Stevens, Kevin Durand, and William Catlett, showcased their unique styles at the event. Kevin Durand looked handsome in a navy suit, while Dan Stevens added a rocker flair to his white suit with black nail polish. William Catlett stood out in an orange velvet suit, shirtless underneath, and accessorized with a gold necklace and white boots. The cast seemed to have a blast at the premiere, posing together and enjoying the event.

“Abigail” is a horror movie with a twist that follows a group of criminals who kidnap Abigail, a 12-year-old ballerina and daughter of a powerful figure, in hopes of securing a $50 million ransom. However, they soon discover that she is no ordinary child but a vampire, leading to a dangerous turn of events. The film also stars the late Angus Cloud, who tragically passed away at the age of 25 from an accidental overdose. Angus plays one of the kidnappers in the movie, alongside the rest of the cast, including Kathryn Newton, Dan Stevens, Melissa Barrera, Kevin Durand, and William Catlett. The movie is set to be released in theaters on April 19th.

The premiere showcased the eclectic and edgy styles of the cast members, with Kathryn Newton standing out in her punk rock look and Melissa Barrera stunning in her silver metallic gown. The attendees radiated excitement and joy at the event, posing together and interacting with fans and the media. The diverse characters in the film, each with their own unique style, contribute to the captivating and intriguing storyline of “Abigail.” With its combination of horror, thriller, and supernatural elements, the movie promises to deliver an entertaining and thrilling experience for audiences. The tragic loss of Angus Cloud adds a somber note to the premiere but also serves as a reminder of the talented cast and the impact they will have in bringing this gripping story to life on the big screen.
