Ankara Police Department’s Smuggling Crimes Division caught and detained four individuals involved in the production of counterfeit cigarettes and tobacco products in the province.

During the operation, authorities seized a total of 1.65 million empty cigarette tubes, 480,000 filled tubes, 9,480 packs of smuggled cigarettes, 3,600 electronic cigarettes, 50 kg of counterfeit tobacco with fake tax stamps, one cigarette rolling machine, and one compressor.
