Christine Quinn has accused her estranged husband Christian Richard Dumontet of spying on her in their shared Hollywood Hills home. According to court documents, Quinn claimed Richard hired a security guard to surveil their home after his March 19 domestic violence arrest while she was away. When she returned, Quinn found hidden Apple AirTags and battery-operated cameras throughout the residence, including in her personal office. She believed she was under surveillance without her knowledge or consent, and also discovered that the security guard had moved into their $8 million mansion.

Quinn described the cameras as being the size of quarters and detailed disturbing findings in the home, such as new pillows, a recently used shower, and her underwear strewn on the bed in the master bedroom. Furthermore, she accused Richard of attempting to lock her out of the home and making it hazardous, filthy, and unlivable for her and their 2-year-old son. Quinn suggested that her ex-husband was taking extreme measures to prevent her from leaving the property or going to work.

The incident leading to Richard’s arrest involved him striking their toddler with a bag containing a glass bottle. Quinn sought full custody of their son, alleging Richard had perpetrated acts of domestic violence and child abuse. She also requested that Richard be restricted from any visits with their child due to his violent history and failure to pay any of the medical bills from their son’s birth, leaving them with over $100,000 in debt.

Richard filed for divorce from Quinn in early April, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple had tied the knot in December 2019, with their wedding being featured on Season 3 of “Selling Sunset.” This latest development came less than two weeks after reports confirmed Quinn’s pursuit of full custody of their son and her accusations against Richard. Despite attempts to reach out to Quinn’s representatives for comments, there has been no response at this time.

The situation between Quinn and Richard continues to escalate, with Quinn’s accusations of surveillance and invasion of privacy raising serious concerns about her and her son’s safety. These recent developments shed light on the tumultuous relationship between the estranged couple, highlighting issues of domestic violence, child abuse, and financial strain. The ongoing legal battles and restraining orders paint a bleak picture of a once-happy couple now torn apart by allegations of misconduct and betrayal.
