Christine Quinn, from Selling Sunset, is seeking to expedite her restraining order request against her estranged husband, Christian Richard. She filed a request for alternate service of her court motion, claiming that Richard has been evading service of the documents related to the restraining order. Quinn requested the TRO in March after an alleged domestic dispute and claimed that the delay in the order being granted allowed Richard time to avoid service. She is concerned that without receiving the TRO, Richard could violate it without consequences.

Quinn is concerned that Richard has not received the TRO and could be evading the order by staying at a hotel under an alias. She believes that Richard may be employing tactics to conceal his location due to their high profile public image and has not been able to track him down to serve him the TRO. Quinn last saw Richard on March 20 following his arrest for assault with a deadly weapon, and has since been trying to serve the TRO with no success. She has enlisted the help of a private investigator to locate Richard for service.

After attempts to deliver the TRO to Richard proved unsuccessful, Quinn alleges that she was continually barred from gaining access to him by one of his attorneys. She claims that the attorney intentionally left her home in a hazardous condition and made threatening remarks towards her. The confrontation with the attorney escalated and eventually ended when Quinn’s employees arrived to assist her. The situation further complicates the already strained relationship between Quinn and Richard.

The fight between Quinn and Richard in March led to Richard being arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly throwing a bag of glass at Quinn, which instead hit their son. Richard was arrested and spent the night in custody, only to be arrested a second time upon his return home for breaching the TRO. He was released on bail shortly after. Richard filed for divorce on April 5, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Quinn has not responded to his motion for divorce, further adding to the turmoil in their relationship.

These allegations and legal battles add another layer of complexity to the already strained relationship between Christine Quinn and Christian Richard. The ongoing attempts to serve the TRO highlight the challenges Quinn is facing in trying to protect herself and her son from any potential harm from Richard. The situation is made more difficult by Richard allegedly evading service and the confrontations with his attorney. It remains to be seen how this legal turmoil will affect the ongoing divorce proceedings and the relationship between Quinn and Richard moving forward.
