The staff of Paris Saint-Germain and the president of the club, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, are about to crumble under legal proceedings. According to information from The Teamconfirmed by The world, the Paris prosecutor’s office opened, on January 16, a preliminary investigation by the head of “concealed work” targeting the club of the capital. The investigations were entrusted to the central police station of 16e borough, as confirmed in World the Paris prosecutor’s office.

This procedure stems from a complaint by the same head filed against PSG on December 13, 2022 by a former close adviser to Mr. Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, the Tunisian Hicham Bouajila. The latter worked with the president of PSG, in particular from 2015 to 2018, the period targeted in his complaint. At Worldhe says he signed, in 2015, a contract of“tennis coach”supposed to expire in 2020, with a tennis academy in Doha (Smash). “I have never held a racket in my life”, he quips. Mr. Bouajila says he forged close ties with “NAK” from 2004 and helped establish the Al-Jazeera Sport channel (now BeIN Sports) in the Maghreb.

“The motivations for my complaint are clear: I want to denounce a rotten PSG system in which the concept of employee does not exist, completely gangrenous from the inside, and the omerta around the clubhe said. I will fight this war to the end to defend my rights and for all those who, like me, have worked for more than a decade for Mr. Al-Khelaïfi and who, in return, have been abused with disguised contracts. »

    “Malicious individuals”

The businessman says: “Close collaborators of NAK had disguised contracts, the whole thing was to have a form of legality. We had to have these kinds of contracts. Many were paid in Qatar or with BeIN contracts, which is a real slush fund at the heart of the system. Myself, I had several contracts related to Qatari companies. »

Contacted, the PSG declares that Mr. Bouajila “has never been an employee of PSG or BeIN” And ” will not comment further on malicious individuals who trade in disinformation and media manipulation”.

Among “the dozen missions” that he claims to have carried out with NAK, Mr. Bouajila mentions his intervention within the framework of the “negotiations with Ultras supporters” with a view to their return to the Parc des Princes, “in the Auteuil grandstand”. What someone close to the file refutes.

Mr. Bouajila also mentions “real estate purchases or personal transactions”and his participation ” from A to Z “ to the tough negotiations, in the fall of 2014, around the extension of midfielder Adrien Rabiot to PSG. “ He was present during the exchanges with Mr. Al-Khelaïfi on this file but he did not negotiate », Corrects a source close to the file.
