Tariq Al Hamid – 9/11 Planners Still Working

The question that is being repeated now is what is the secret of the Houthi terrorist escalation against Saudi installations? The answer is clear in several points; The first is that the planners of the September 11 terrorist attacks that took place in the United States are still working with the same thought and mentality.
Here the reader may say: How? It is certain that we are facing an Iranian escalation through the Houthis, by providing this terrorist group with ballistic missiles, drones, and expertise from the terrorist Hezbollah and the Iranians, in order to achieve several goals that serve Tehran.
The first goal is similar to the September 11 terrorist attacks in America, but this time by targeting Saudi Arabia directly. The first time was by targeting the United States and involving Saudi Arabia in that by using Saudis to drive a wedge between Saudi Arabia and the United States.
At that time, Saudi-US relations were at the height of their tension against the backdrop of the second Palestinian intifada, and it was a suitable opportunity for the planners, not the gullible implementers. We all remember that at the time, Al-Qaeda enjoyed amazing logistical and media support.
Thomas Kean, head of the 9/11 investigation committee, said he had found more information about “the possible involvement of Iran than Saudi Arabia” in the September 11 terrorist attacks.
Accordingly, the Iranians are now observing the tense course of Saudi-US relations, and they are trying to exploit this and aggravate the relationship further to achieve the goals of their subversive project, and try to exploit the impetus of the US administration to achieve a nuclear agreement at any cost.
Therefore, through the Houthi escalation against Saudi facilities, the Iranians are trying to invest in deepening Saudi-American tension, and showing the Americans an unreliable ally in the Gulf. As well as aggravating the financial markets, because this puts pressure on the West and America. And telling the Americans that it is necessary to remove the “Revolutionary Guard” from the list of international sanctions. In the event that the Revolutionary Guards are removed from the terrorist list, Iran will have achieved an imaginary victory at home.
It has also carried out a process of humiliation for the current US administration, which will expose it to electoral difficulties and deepen the internal American division, both Republican and Democratic. In the event that the Revolutionary Guards are not written off, the Guards and the hardliners behind it will achieve another goal.
It is certain that the “Revolutionary Guard”, and his successor, the Iranian leader and the hardliners, do not want to achieve the nuclear agreement; As this will expose the regime to a confrontation with the insider, who will then demand reforms that would undermine the regime, and even bring it down.
The Iranian regime is based on an aggressive revolutionary situation, and it is not a regime that can be reformed. The Revolutionary Guards, and those behind it, do not want to show that they reject the nuclear agreement, but rather the West is intransigent.
Therefore, the necessity of removing the “Guard” from the list of terrorism is stressed, and Iran is now playing the brinkmanship game in the region, not only targeting Saudi Arabia, but also targeting Erbil by firing 12 ballistic missiles in an operation that the Revolutionary Guards publicly and amazingly adopted.
These are the main reasons for the Iranian escalation through Al-Houthi, and the one who is definitely affected is not Saudi Arabia, but the international markets. As for Saudi Arabia, its wisdom and rationality are not in doubt, and the Iranians will miss the opportunity.
However, it is time to respond to every missile and drone by targeting Houthi leaders, with painful surgeries, and in the appropriate way to deal with terrorist militias.
