    The “Red Sea Film Festival” opened its dialogue sessions with Hollywood star and international icon of the eighties, Sharon Stone, during which she talked about her vision of the cinematic scene in the region and the world, and touched on glimpses of her artistic career.

    Despite Sharon Stone’s artistic fame in acting, she revealed her other artistic talent in drawing and announced her willingness to open her art gallery early next year in Los Angeles.

    Sharon is an international actress and movie star, producer, human rights activist, and author of the best-selling book: “The Beauty of Living Twice.” She was the most famous actress in the 1990s, with her glamorous beauty that defies age, and her impeccable acting contributed to improving society’s perception of the status of women in cinema. .

    Sharon has been honored with the Nobel Peace Prize, the Harvard Humanitarian Award, the Human Rights Campaign Humanitarian Award, the Einstein College Achievement Award, and many other awards that reflect her interests in the humanization of societies.

    On the other hand, British director Guy Ritchie, who was honored with the “Al Yusr Honorary Award” at the opening ceremony of the “Red Sea International Film Festival”, spoke about the scenes of his 25-year cinematic career, in a dialogue session that is considered one of the most important dialogues that take place on the sidelines of the festival.

    Richie is considered one of the directors who changed the cinematic landscape with his movie “Trigger, Barrel, and Comb of Bullets” (1998), and he spoke in his session about his cinematic career in his early years, which was full of thrillers, such as my movie, “Revolver” (2005), and the movie “Rock and Rolla.” (2008), and his transition since then to more private works, he started with the brilliant “Sherlock Holmes” (2009), which he revived through Robert Downey Jr., who played the role of the famous detective of Baker Street through two successful films, and his realistic cinematic treatment of the movie “ Aladdin” (2019), one of the biggest profits in Disney history of all time.

    Andy Garcia, the Oscar-nominated Cuban-born actor, spoke about his cinematic career, and how he broke the barrier to the participation of Latino actors in American cinema.

    Garcia was nominated for an Oscar for “The Godfather: Part III” as Vincent Mancini, the illegitimate son who takes over the family business. He flourished in the nineties after his appearance in the romantic thriller “Dead Again” (1991), and in addition to his busy career, he was a voice performer in the series “The Simpsons”. Finally, he appeared in the movie “Human Anger” (2021), directed by Guy Ritchie, and he is expected to appear in the movie “Mercenaries 4” (2023).

    The dialogue sessions held within the “Red Sea Film Festival” concluded on its first day, with a dialogue with Luca Guadagnino, winner of the “Silver Lion” award for best director at this year’s “Venice” Film Festival for the romantic horror movie “Bones and Everything”, which is another award among A lot culminated in the brilliant Italian director’s career.
