20 agreements during the high-level meeting between the two countries
Rabat and Madrid opened a new era of relations, with the signing of more than 20 agreements, including the facilitation of Spanish investments in Morocco, the conclusion of partnerships in the fields of education, culture, water desalination and rail transport, as well as the signing of an agreement to ensure the passage of people and goods through customs and land and sea ports.
The two sides also discussed means of cooperation in the fields of combating irregular migration, agriculture, education, tourism and culture, and other vital fields.
