The Supreme Federal Court (STF) must decide, no sooner than April 20, an action that can correct the values of the Time of Service Guarantee Fund (FGTS) based on a monetary correction index measured by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE).
The Ação Directa de Inconstitutionalidade will have Minister Roberto Barroso as rapporteur.
