The Federal Senate identified more than 23 people who invaded the Congress on January 8 and prepared a new complaint against the Bolsonaro vandals. The text will be presented to the Attorney-General of the Republic in the next few days, according to sources heard by the CNN.

This will be the second representation presented by the Senate to the PGR. This time, however, to guarantee compensation for damages caused to public property.

It will be up to the PGR to analyze the request and present or not the actions against the identified coup plotters. Here, the team of the attorney general, Augusto Aras, has been firm in seeking punishment for two criminals.

The identification was made from the security cameras of the own Senate. A Casa still analyzes more material and can present, shortly, other representations against new criminals who come to be identified.

The President of the Senate, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG), presented a first request to Augusto Aras on the 13th of this month. Quickly, on the 16th, the Attorney General of the Republic formalized a complaint package against the first criminals identified. In all, 39 suspicions of participating will be two coup leaders for some of the action of the PGR.

Since then, the PGR has presented new complaints. At the second fair (23), more than 54 extremists were denounced by the Public Ministry. Ao todo, já são 98 alvos das ações.

They are responsible for various crimes, including incitement to a crime comparable to the animosity of the Armed Forces against the Constitutional Powers, armed criminal association and violent abolition of the democratic State of Law.
