The Russian air defense systems will destroy several drones when they approach the Ilsky oil refinery, in the Krasnodar region, near the Black Sea, local authorities said this Sunday (28).
“Several unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) will attempt to approach the territory of the Ilsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai,” the regional emergency authorities explained on the Telegram message channel.
“All of them are neutralized, the infrastructure of the plant has not been damaged”, they continued.
The authorities did not disclose what launch or attack. Reuters was not able to independently verify the report.
On Saturday (27), Moscow said that oil pipeline installations had reached Ukraine in the interior of Russia.
kyiv has never publicly assumed responsibility for attacks inside Russia and on Russian-controlled territory in Ukraine.
The Ilsky refinery, near the port of Novorossiisk, on the Black Sea, has a processing capacity of about 6.6 million tons per year. The premises have been attacked several times this month.
