Minister Alexandre de Moraes denied, this Sunday (29), a request for the suspension of the possession of a group of federal deputies allegedly involved in the attack on the Three Powers on January 8.
The request was originally submitted by a group of lawyers who would verify that the elected federal deputies in question are linked to the dates of the beginning of the month, which will depredate the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches.
Welcome to the elected representatives Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG), Silvia Waiãpi (PL-AP), Carlos Jordy (PL-RJ), Luiz Ovando (PP-MS), Marcos Pollon (PL-MS), Rodolfo Nogueira (PL- MS), João Henrique Catan (PL-MS), Rafael Tavares (PRTB-MS), André Fernandes (PL-CE), Sergeant Rodrigues (PL-MG) and Walber Virgolino (PL-PB).
The group of lawyers alleges that the deputies were incited, through postings on social networks, violent acts against the headquarters of the Three Powers of the Republic.
The decision follows a demonstration by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) last Saturday, which positioned itself against the request for suspension.
“As highlighted by the PGR, at this time there is no just cause for the establishment of an investigation in relation to the other graduated federal deputies and who are not being investigated in the Inquiries established by the Supreme Federal Court (INQ 4918 and INQ 4919)”, the document says assassinated by Moraes, as CNN I have access.
