Lula is innocent as I know she has never been prosecuted

At CNN Arena of this terça-feira (21), CNN commentator Gabriela Araujo assessed that, in view of the position that he currently occupies, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) cannot express a “realistic” position on corruption investigated by Lava Jato Operation.

Despite disso, in the opinion of the commentator, legally Lula is innocent as if he had never been convicted.

“It is important that the people know that Lula is innocent as he is and has never been prosecuted. The proceedings against the foram annulled. Therefore, this fallacy that there is conviction in the first, second or third instance, the legal world does not exist. From the moment that the processes are canceled from the beginning, these processes will never exist”, he explained to the commentator.

The CNN Arena will be from the second to the sixth fair, from 5:50 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
