In interview with CNN, the owner of the house, Samuel Bonfim, told that the displacement happened on the last terça-feira (24) and that he was at home by coincidence. At the moment that the wall fell, he was not quintal with his son, but they did not give them wounded fico.

Segundo Samuel, he has lived with his family in the residence for three years and only after he lived in the condominium and that other vizinhos bought and built other houses.

He affirmed that the infiltration problems began when his vizinho began the works on the house, which was built on his estate.

Samuel said that he came to talk with the vizinho during the works and that he convinced him to call a specialist to evaluate, but the award would not have settled on any problem in the construction.

Based on an estimate, the cost of repairing the wall, the lazer area, the swimming pool and the floor, we can charge R$ 800 thousand.

Samuel affirms that he was alerted by engineers from the Regional Council of Engineering and Architecture (Crea) that there is still a risk of landslides not quintal of the house and that, due to fear, he prefers to leave the residence and that he intends to act on the vizinho, who was not identified, the condominium in Justice.

The owner of the house said that he also asked for help from the condominium, but he did not receive any support, neither before nor after his departure. He also tells him that the condominium is home to various famous personalities and that his vizinhos also suffer from infiltrations.

The condominium is the Itahyê Residencial, located in the neighborhood of Alphaville, in the municipality of Santana de Parnaíba, in the metropolitan region of the capital of São Paulo.

The high standard enterprise was launched in 2008, it has more than 530 thousand m² of area, 415 houses from 420 m² and services such as sports arenas, swimming pool, halls for parties and games and the like.

Crea investigates technical manager for the work

Fiscais of the Regional Council of Engineering and Architecture (Crea) foram ao local with agents of the Civil Defense and Corpo de Bombeiros after receiving a complaint under the wall.

“After the hearing on 01/25, the inspection of the Council issued notification so that the condominium and the owner of the imóvel vizinho, present the documentation referring to the projects of execution of the work”, informed the Crea in note.

The Council still requested the names of the two professionals involved in the projects of the two houses, such as the foundation, staking, drainage and execution of the phases of the work.

The chef of the Inspectorate Management Unit (UGI) of Crea, Felipe Xavier, affirmed that the wall ceded by the pressure of the water from the rains and that it will be investigated “there was a registered technical manager in Crea-SP in the realization of this work”.

A CNN I tried to contact the administration of the Itahyê Residential condominium to comment on the case and await return.
