The Minister of Planning and Orçament, Simone Tebet, said in this fourth fair (22) that the presentation of the proposal for the new tax refund should lead to the reduction of the Selic — basic legal tax of the Brazilian economy, which is currently at 13.75% .

In an interview with Rádio Capital 95, from Campo Grande, the minister said that “the tax will be returned for good”, and at the next meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee (Copom), which should take place in early May, the tax will be reduced.
