Kursk governor Starovoit said that Ukraine shelled the border village of Gornal

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) fired at the Russian border village of Gornal, Sudzhansky district, Kursk region. This was announced by the Governor of the region Roman Starovoit in Telegram.

According to him, as a result, the power line to the water tower was interrupted. In addition, the car was damaged, and windows were broken in one of the houses. There were no casualties as a result of the shelling.

On February 3, Ukraine hit the village of Nikolaevo-Daryino in the same area. The authorities recorded five arrivals at the granary of one of the agricultural enterprises. Buildings received significant damage.

On the same day, Starovoit announced that the high (“yellow”) level of terrorist threat had been indefinitely extended in the Kursk region. Similar measures were taken by the authorities of the Bryansk and Belgorod regions, as well as the Crimea.

Earlier, the governor of the Kursk region reported that additional forces of the Russian Ministry of Defense would be brought to the region in the near future. According to him, the military will protect the border.
