A resident of Khmelnytskyi, who videotaped the entry of military commissars into the home, told TSN.ua the details
New details of the high-profile story that happened the other day in Khmelnytskyi region, when representatives of the TCC became known broke into a private house local resident and threatened to break his leg. As you know, he filmed all this and published it on social networks, after which law enforcement officers and senior management of TCC employees became interested in finding out the circumstances.
Journalist TSN.ua searched for this resident of Khmelnytskyi. 29-year-old Yaroslav is a resident of the village of Korychyntsi. He emphasizes that his two brothers are currently protecting Ukraine, he himself is not a dodger, and he shot the video in order to highlight the working methods of the local TCC.
How everything happened is about that Yaroslav told TSN.ua.
“They, the employees of the TCC, come to me not for the first time,” says Yaroslav. “Before that, when I was not at home, they gave a summons to my wife, but she did not have the right to sign for it. That is, it was the third or fourth visit. Last time they threatened to break a woman’s leg, and during this visit they threatened to break my phone and leg, when I started filming them.”
According to Yaroslav, during the conversation with the representatives of the Military Commissariat, one of whom was eating seeds and throwing husks, a remark was made and a demand to leave the premises was sounded.
“Instead, there were threats against me,” says Yaroslav.
To this, the author of the video adds that more than 1 million users have viewed the video online.
“I told the “guests” that I would call the police, after which the military man said that he was a police major. But his ID card was similar to a pension card. It turns out that he is generally dishonoring the military uniform with his actions. This time they did not issue me a summons, but they said that next time they would come with “cops”. The soldier in the video, bald, was so angry with me that he was ready to tear me apart,” Yaroslav told us.
According to Yaroslav, he does not evade military service, but considers it unacceptable when representatives of the TCC, despite the owner’s prohibition, break into the house and wake up even a 4-month-old child.
As you know, several agencies are currently investigating the circumstances of what happened in Yaroslav’s house. For example, the spokeswoman for the Khmelnytskyi police Inna Glega told us that the law enforcement officers are investigating the circumstances of this high-profile case, the official investigation is being conducted by the Khmelnytskyi Regional TCC. If violations are found in the actions of the military, the State Bureau of Investigation may also take an interest in the case.
It was previously reported that do military officers have the right to enter homes.
