There are more boys than girls: more than 13,000 children have been born in Kyiv since the beginning of the war

Almost 22 thousand couples got married during this time.

In Kyiv for 300 days of full-scale war 13,340 children were born and 21,815 couples got married.

This was announced by the first deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration Mykola Povoroznyk.

Among newborns 6924 boys and 6416 girlsof them 233 twins and two triplets.

“And while the Armed Forces of Ukraine are destroying the occupiers, in Ukraine, and in particular in Kyiv, new Ukrainians are born every day and new families are created. This is our future, which, I am convinced, will be under a peaceful sky!” – noted Povoroznyk.
