The Russian army mined the retreat routes for militants from Bakhmut and prevented them from demining.
Yevgeny Prigozhin, the leader of the “Wagner” PMK, complained that his fighters were shot by Russian servicemen during their withdrawal from Bakhmut.
He published the relevant report in his Telegram.
The incident happened on May 17 near the villages of Opytne and Ozaryanivka. Regular Russian soldiers mined the roads.
“We discovered landmines in the form of a large number of plastids, anti-tank mines and artillery shells installed in a controlled version and brought to the position of the Ministry of Defense (RF. – Ed.). After a preliminary inspection, the group began demining, but was forced to stop work because in the area of the settlement of Semihirya, they were opened fire from small arms from the positions of the Ministry of Defense,” says the report published by Prigozhin.
As a result, the truck of the “Ural” fighters was disabled by a direct hit to the engine. The “Wagners” themselves were allegedly not injured.
“Groups (of Wagnerites – Ed.) hurried, dispersed and took measures to eliminate aggression and detention,” the message says.
In the report of the Wagnerites, it is said that the commander of the Russian military, who attacked Prigozhin’s mercenaries, was drunk.
