State Duma deputy Bessarab said that in Russia it is most difficult for managers to find work
State Duma deputy Svetlana Bessarab said that most often specialists in the field of management face difficulties in finding a job. She announced this in an interview with Ura.ru.
“The most difficult thing is to find a job for various kinds of managers, management at the enterprise level, management of municipal property,” the politician noted. She called for a careful approach to the choice of a profession, pointing out that young Russians can focus on the demand for a particular specialty. So, according to the deputy, today there is a shortage of doctors, teachers and IT specialists in the country.
Bessarab recalled that the state provides assistance to young people in choosing a profession. “Now it has become easier to form lists according to demand in the labor market, and budget places are increasing on them,” she said, suggesting that those wishing to become a lawyer or economist consider the option of studying on a commercial basis.
It was previously reported that, according to a new study, artificial intelligence (AI) programs could one day replace humans in the stock markets. It is noted that their use will be especially useful for retail investors who do not have sufficient education and experience.
