The SBU named three more Russian occupiers who killed civilians in the Kyiv region: photo

Among the Russian war criminals are a commander and two contractors who killed a man in Gostomel for refusing to help them.

The security service identified three Russian militarywhich shelled peaceful settlements in Kyiv region and killed civilians.

The special service gathered evidence of their war crimes.

One of the occupants – lieutenant colonel Andriy Marushkin, commander of the 15th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade of Alexandria (OMSBr). From March 1 to March 30, he ordered artillery fire on populated areas and civilian objects in the Kyiv region. He was charged with suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code (waging an aggressive war or aggressive military actions, and committing a criminal offense by a group of persons based on a prior conspiracy).

Among those identified are two contractors of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Oleksiy Tokmakov and Oleksiy Kroshkin. According to the SBU, on March 11 they a resident of Gostomel was shot deadwho refused to help the occupiers unload ammunition.
