In Kamchatka, a 38-year-old resident of the city of Yelizovo was detained, suspected of a serious crime. This was announced on Monday, February 6, by the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
According to investigators, on January 11, the body of a 76-year-old pensioner was found in a private house on Severnaya Street in the village of Dvurechye. Experts determined that the cause of death was a closed craniocerebral injury. The detectives went on the trail of a suspect who beat an elderly man to death, he turned out to be a local resident.
Investigators opened a criminal case on the murder, the motives that pushed the Russian to reprisal are being clarified.
