    In Kamchatka, investigators opened a case after the murder of a 76-year-old pensioner

    In Kamchatka, a 38-year-old resident of the city of Yelizovo was detained, suspected of a serious crime. This was announced on Monday, February 6, by the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).

    According to investigators, on January 11, the body of a 76-year-old pensioner was found in a private house on Severnaya Street in the village of Dvurechye. Experts determined that the cause of death was a closed craniocerebral injury. The detectives went on the trail of a suspect who beat an elderly man to death, he turned out to be a local resident.

    Investigators opened a criminal case on the murder, the motives that pushed the Russian to reprisal are being clarified.

    On November 24, 2022, it was reported that in the Saratov region, two Russians received sentences for a friend beaten to death at a house party.
