Currently, the resolution of logistics issues and the sewing of winter clothing for Ukrainian soldiers is ongoing.

A comment on the situation with winter uniforms for soldiers of the Armed Forces during war provided by the Deputy Minister of Defense.

During the broadcast of the telethon “Edyny Novyny” Anna Painter reported whether enough equipment has been purchased today.

“Now the topic of providing winter clothing is developing very similarly in social networks, as it was at one time with bulletproof vests. There are already 135,000 of them in stock. That is, not just provision, but also a stock. The situation is the same with winter clothing,” said Malyar.

According to her, large batches of winter clothing for Ukrainian soldiers are already arriving.

“A few weeks – and this topic will disappear from the discussion. It will be resolved,” said Malyar.

She added that before the full-scale invasion, the professional army numbered 215,000 fighters according to the law. Hundreds of thousands were mobilized.

“No manufacturer – neither Ukrainian nor Western – has such a quantity of clothes in stock to simply buy and bring. That is, all these orders are sewn. As soon as the quantity is physically processed in the warehouse, we publish these numbers. All the contracts that are necessary to provide winter clothing, concluded. Now the issues of logistics and sewing of this uniform are ongoing,” the Deputy Minister of Defense noted.

We will remind, military expert Oleksandr Musienko said that Russia’s defeats at the front in Ukraine affect Lukashenka. He can conduct separate negotiations with the West on security guarantees for himself in the event of leaving power.
