The deputy categorically denied that she was under the influence of drugs.
Deputy of the Kyiv City Council, Yaryna Aryeva, who is suspected of an accident under the influence of drugs, said that this is a discredit. She noted that this could be beneficial to the UOC MP.
This is what she is about wrote in social networks.
The deputy explained that the accident happened during a blackout and, they say, a woman suddenly ran out onto the road without reflective elements. Aryeva emphasized that she did not exceed the speed limit and helps victims of road accidents.
The deputy of the Kyiv City Council denied the statement of the law enforcement officers that she was under the influence of drugs.
“The examination done after the accident did not reveal anything, and my driver’s license was not even taken away. Suddenly, six months later, the examination shows traces of drugs that I did not use. Six months later! I have been actively participating in actions against the UOC near the Lavra for the past two months. Hierarchs of the Mospatriarchy have a great influence on law enforcement agencies and this is a clearly planned discredit,” Yaryna Aryeva believes.
We will remind you that in Kyiv, deputies of the Kyiv City Council announced a suspicion of a traffic accident with serious consequences (Part 2 of Article 286-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The court chose a preventive measure for her – house arrest.
