    South Korean government to address human rights in North Korea

    South Korea’s Unification Ministry will hold a meeting on Friday on the human rights situation in North Korea, Yonhap news agency reported.

    Deputy Minister Kim Ki-woong will chair the meeting.

    The meeting, which will be attended by senior officials from the ministries of Unification, Foreign Affairs and Justice, will discuss the government’s basic plan to support human rights in the North.
