Lawyers told the self-employed about the actions in case of refusal to pay for the care of the elderly
It became known that the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) regularly refuses self-employed and individual entrepreneurs in payments for the care of the elderly and disabled. This was reported by the Izvestia newspaper with reference to a letter from Opora Rossii sent to the fund.
It is noted that the refusals occur because the employees of the territorial departments of the fund do not have instructions regarding self-employed citizens. Not knowing how to proceed, they simply reject applications.
According to lawyers, if a self-employed person does not pay contributions to the mandatory pension insurance fund (OPS), he is entitled to payments for the care of the disabled and the elderly in the amount of 1.2 thousand to 10 thousand rubles. Upon receipt, you must request it in writing – the paper will be needed in court.
Earlier, the director of the Accounts Chamber, Olga Samarina, said that Russians began to get divorced for the sake of social benefits. She explained that when a marriage is annulled, the average per capita income of the family is also divorced, while in order to receive the allowance allocated for children under the age of 17, the family income must not exceed a certain level, the amount of which is different for each region.
