The Russian Ministry of Defense has launched another satellite into orbit for use by the Russian military.
It has been announced that the satellite named “Cosmos-2564”, which was launched with the Soyuz 2.1b rocket from the Plesetsk Space Base in the Arkhangelsk Region of Russia, successfully placed into orbit.
In the statement made by the ministry, “The spacecraft came under the control of the Aviation and Space Forces at the foreseen time.” expressions were used.
Russia last launched a military satellite from Plesetsk Space Base on November 2.
