In accordance with the proposal accepted in the National Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Commission of the Parliament, those who work with 50/d status in higher education institutions will be able to switch to 33/a status if they meet the necessary conditions.

The National Intelligence Academy will be established under the MIT.

Foundation universities, which keep 2 percent of student income in cash in their bank accounts, will be able to fulfill these obligations with a bank letter of guarantee.

With the proposal, a regulation regarding disciplinary penalties was also made. The person who is directly aggrieved due to the act constituting the disciplinary offense will be able to object to the investigation decision.

The proposal is expected to be discussed in the General Assembly of the Assembly next week.
