Rains and thunderstorms: how the weather will change in Ukraine today

In the Carpathians and Transcarpathia, there will be heavy rain in places during the day. There is no precipitation in the rest of the territory. The wind is mainly easterly, 5-10 m/s, in the south-eastern part there are occasional gusts of 15-20 m/s.

There will also be changeable cloudiness in the Kyiv region and the capital. No precipitation, only short-term rain, thunderstorm in places in the region during the day.
