President Erdoğan met with female workers in Denizli

Beautiful people of Denizli, dear ladies, I greet you. I am very pleased to come together with you, our value-producing women, in our factory, which employs the most female workers in our country.

We also have women working in our factory, women entrepreneurs and representatives of civil society. As I repeat at every opportunity, the society that excludes women from life, excludes half of its potential. Woman; It has a special place with its determination, accumulation and struggle.

We brought the rate of our women to complete at least one level of education to the level of 88 percent. We have always stood by them with the support we give to our women. We broke the record in the history of the republic with 36 percent participation in the workforce. We also brought the number of women in employment closer to 10.5 million.
