Motorcyclist dies after crash in São João da Madeira

A 45-year-old motorcyclist died this Sunday afternoon, as a result of the motorcycle he was driving, in São João da Madeira. A 13-year-old girl who was riding in the same two-wheeled vehicle suffered minor injuries.

The accident occurred on Rua do Vale do Vouga, around 6 pm. The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was transported alive to Hospital S. Sebastião, in Feira. However, he would eventually die as a result of the severity of his injuries and cardiac arrest.

The young woman, who was riding the same motorcycle, suffered minor injuries and was transported to Hospital S. Sebastião.

The firefighters of São João da Madeira and the PSP were at the scene, which took care of the occurrence.
