Covert mobilization continues in Russia in connection with failures at the front in Ukraine.
But the morale of the Russian military is extremely low – if it weren’t for the blocking units, most of the mobilized would have already fled the battlefield.
Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence, said about this on the air of the nationwide telethon “Yedini Novyni”, – writes Ukrinform.
“If we talk about the situation in the army, then the fact that covert mobilization in Russia continues and preparations are being made for further mobilization measures shows that even the mobilization carried out is not enough, the army is not effective, is not equipped, properly trained, about this is said by the huge losses on the battlefield. The number of audio intercepts… with panicked Russians on the front lines is very high. And only a part is made public. Therefore, if we talk about the morale, it is at an extremely low level among the partially mobilized. They see the work of their own “blocking units”, see the incompetence of their command and see the huge losses of people around them. We are definitely not talking about any ideological components or credibility of Solovyov’s and Skabeeva’s propaganda,” Yusov said.
He summarized that if it were not for the blocking units and there was an opportunity to flee, leaving the positions, most of the Russian mobilized would have taken advantage of this.
Earlier, the expert told how many soldiers Russia can have mobilize in two or three months.
