Jeremy Renner shows progress in his recovery from the treadmill

(CNN) — Jeremy Renner continues to make progress in his recovery and has shared the steps with his followers.

The “Mayor of Kingstown” star posted on the stories of your verified instagram account this weekend and shared a video showing him doing physical therapy on an anti-gravity treadmill.

Renner can be heard saying that the machine allows him to feel only “40% of my weight” while walking.

According to the Running Physio site, these treadmills “feature a bubble that is inflated with air and then encircles the lower part of the user’s body. This gently lifts them off the treadmill, which reduces pressure on the lower body.”

The actor suffered an accident while driving a snowplow on New Year’s Day near his home in Nevada.

Since then, Renner has shared posts about her miraculous recovery.

“Now is the time for my body to rest and recuperate from my will,” Renner wrote alongside her video over the weekend.
