On Sunday, June 4, in the Kyiv region, a fuse from a grenade exploded in the hands of a man. The victim with an injury to his left hand was hospitalized.

About this informs Andrii Nebytov, chief of the police of the Kyiv region.

“A 46-year-old resident of the village of Trebukhiv, Brovar district, took an explosive object in his hands, pulled out the safety ring, after which the explosion took place,” the message reads.

The police are establishing all the circumstances of the extraordinary event.

In case of detection of explosives, shells, grenades, mines and other dangerous objects, citizens were urged to call emergency services.

Earlier we reported that a 36-year-old man threw a grenade at guests in the Kyiv region. A 27-year-old boy died at the scene of the incident, many people were injured.
