The head of the Crimean parliament, Konstantinov, announced the need to transfer Odessa under the control of the Russian Federation
The head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, told what, in his opinion, the condition should be met at the end of Russia’s special operation in Ukraine. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.
Konstantinov called the condition for the completion of the special operation and announced the need for Odessa to come under Russian control. In his opinion, the city should have a Russian or neutral status. In addition, Ukraine must give up its aggressive capabilities.
The head of the Crimean parliament added that when concluding a peace treaty, it is important to specify its terms so that the other side does not find a loophole for non-compliance and violation. The signing of the document is possible only on Russia’s terms after its military victory, he added. “The enemy should not have any illusions of revenge,” Konstantinov concluded.
Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev answered a question about the timing of the special operation in Ukraine. He called it incorrect and refused to comment on it. “Let’s not get ahead of ourselves,” Medvedev urged.
