In Russia, they complain that they are fighting against a well-armed army.
The mayor of Moscow, Serhii Sobyanin, who is also the head of the State Council commission that coordinates the work of the regions to increase the level of security, admitted that Russia is “essentially” fighting in Ukraine, but not against the Armed Forces. A Russian official said that Putin’s army “opposes the entire NATO bloc.”
This is what the mayor of Moscow said said in an interview with the TVC channel, Kremlin propaganda media write.
“Russia is currently opposing the entire NATO bloc in Ukraine, where, in fact, there is a war. A special military operation is being conducted in Ukraine, in fact, there is a war there, what is there to hide. But we are not at war with Ukraine, the whole of NATO is behind it with with all its technologies, weapons, information, special weapons, special technologies,” Sobyanin said.
It will be recalled that on December 7, Russian “Fuhrer” Vladimir Putin called the war in Ukraine a “war” for the first time. Moreover, he accused Ukraine of “ignoring Russia’s interests in protecting the Russian-speaking population of Donbas.” And also stated that the so-called “SVO” can drag on for a long time.
