Nine people were on board during the crash of the IL-76 transport plane. According to preliminary information, three of them died immediately, six were taken to hospital.
A heavy fire engulfed the board while it was in the air. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
It is known that the military plane was going from Orenburg to Belgorod, landed in Ryazan for refueling. The accident happened immediately after takeoff.
