The new men beat the man even after he fell to the ground and passed out.

IN Kyiv four 18-year-old boys beat a 34-year-old man to death.

About this reports communication department of Kyiv police.

“During a sudden conflict, 18-year-old Kyiv residents seriously injured a local resident, from which he died a few days later in the hospital. Investigators informed the detainees of the suspicion that they will be held in custody during the pre-trial investigation,” the police said in a statement.

The Podil Police Department received a report from a passer-by about a fight on Poštova Square. Police patrol teams and operatives immediately arrived at the scene.

The law enforcement officers established that a sudden conflict arose between a 34-year-old local resident and a group of 18-year-old youths, during which the youths attacked the victim in a group. The offenders beat the man even after he fell to the ground and passed out, and then fled to the subway.

The police detained two suspects in the subway, and the others at their place of residence for two hours.

According to the police, all the detainees are from Kyiv and students of the capital’s universities.

Doctors fought for the man’s life for several days, but the injuries he received turned out to be incompatible with life.

“In agreement with the Podilsk District Prosecutor’s Office, the investigators informed the detainees of the suspicion of committing a crime, provided for in Part 2 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – intentional grievous bodily harm committed by a group of persons. The court chose a preventive measure for the defendants in the form of detention with the possibility of bail for two of them. The sanction of the article provides up to ten years of imprisonment,” the police said.

We will remind, in Kyiv a man strangled his neighbor. The body of the murdered woman was accidentally discovered by a local resident in a forest lane on Akademik Zabolotny Street in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital.
