France and several European countries are ready to start training Ukrainian military pilots soon

French President Emmanuel Macron stated this in an interview with the TF1 channel, – writes Ukrinform.

“Together with several other European states that are also ready for this, we opened the door to pilot training,” the French leader noted.

According to him, this issue is currently being discussed by the Americans.

“Training can start now,” Macron said.

France remains determined to help Ukraine resist Russian aggression.

“There is a lot at stake now, as the success of the counteroffensive will be critical to the ability to achieve lasting peace,” the French president summed up.

We will remind that France will soon equip several Ukrainian battalions with dozens of armored vehicles and light tanks.
