Engineer died in a work accident in a mine in Tekirdag

Yunus Emre Sönmez, who works as an engineer at the mining quarry in Malkara, got stuck between the feeding band and the roller.

The medical teams, who came to the scene upon the notification of the workers, determined that Sönmez was dead.

Gendarmerie teams launched an investigation into the incident.
