The Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) and the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) have updated their rankings after the conclusion of the season’s first Grand Slam tournament – Australian Open in 2023.
The leader of the men’s ranking became the Serbian Novak Djokovic, who won his tenth anniversary Australian Open title. The Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz dropped to the second step. The Greek Stephanos Tsitsipas closes the top 3.
The first racket of Ukraine Oleksiy Krutyh, who played in the main draw of the Grand Slam tournament for the first time in his career, rose to the 176th place, setting his best result in his career.

The leader of the women’s tennis classification remained Poland’s Iga Svyontek. Belarusian Arina Sobolenko, who is at the Australian Open-2023, rose to second place conquered his first career title at the tournaments of the “Grand Slam” series. Ons Jaber from Tunisia fell to the third position.
The status of the best Ukrainian tennis player was retained by Angelina Kalinin, who rose to 31st place, breaking her personal record.
