Biden spoke about the “NATOlization” of Finland

United States President Joe Biden announced the “NATOlization” of Finland, contrary to Moscow’s expectations. His words are reported by RIA Novosti.

The American leader recalled that earlier he called to draw the attention of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the fact that “he expected to ‘Finlandize’ Europe, but what he is getting is ‘NATOlization’ of Finland.” Biden also stressed that the new aid package to Ukraine “will help counter brutal Ukrainian aggression,” for which he says Russia is responsible.

Earlier, White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre commented on the entry of Finland and Sweden into the North Atlantic Alliance. “We have repeatedly said in the past that Finland and Sweden are ready to be members of NATO,” she said.
