A fatal truck accident occurred in Lviv region: what is known

On Monday, March 27, a car wreck involving a passenger car and a truck occurred in the village of Birky in the Lviv region. A person died as a result of the incident.

“As previously established by the law enforcement officers, the driver of the Audi A3 car, a 40-year-old resident of the village of Bryukhovychi, collided with a MAN truck driven by a 53-year-old resident of one of the villages of the Lviv district,” the message reads.

As a result of the accident, the driver of the passenger car died on the spot from his injuries. The circumstances of the event are currently being established. Law enforcement officers opened proceedings under Part 2 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Earlier, we reported that in Kyiv, on the morning of March 27, a terrible road accident occurred on Olena Teliga Street. The Ford car crashed into a tree, the driver died on the spot.
